Favro, Swedish born, globally distributed team - Favro is a fast-growing Swedish software start-up. The Favro app lets any kind of team and leader create, plan, and collaborate in one single agile tool. Favro has been named “Cool Vendor” by Gartner and already has 1500+ clients worldwide. Clients include progressive enterprises such as SAP, PwC, Disney, and fast growers like Unity Technologies, EA, and more.

Favro is headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden, with a remote-first team distributed across Sweden, Lithuania, Vietnam, US and other European countries. We are a distributed-first team, embracing remote work and digital nomadism. We don’t do offsites, we do onsite. In other words, you are welcome to live wherever you want as long as you can jump on a plane or train and come in to meet face to face once in a while. Role Responsibilities

and their qualifications for success

Responsibility 1 — Engage ideal personas at existing clients

  • Ability to correctly identify champions and other key roles with Favro ICP target personas in mind.
  • Ability to vibe with key personas (written and verbal, online and offline).
  • Solid knowledge about all parts of the Favro product and offering and the problems they solve.

Responsibility 2 — Manage the process of limiting churn and expanding accounts

  • Ability to analyze customer health and usage trends and consequently prioritized actions.
  • Ability to drive prioritized accounts/opportunities from action point to action point without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to identify stakeholders needed to be involved, and at what point (e.g. marketing).

Responsibility 3 — Continuously refine and develop account management practices

  • Self-correct and reflect on previous actions to improve future actions.
  • Relentlessly seek excellence through feedback.

Additional qualifications are a plus if you…

  • Have been a champion or winner of any competition.
  • Play Warzone or any other computer games.
  • Interested and certified in Agile.
  • 2-4 years of work experience as a Key Account Executive and preferably from a SaaS Startup, Enterprise.
  • Global minded, self-driven, relentlessly driven for excellence.
