Sales Development Representative

Work closely with our sales team to track down leads and grow the Favro user base.

Favro, Swedish born, globally distributed team.

Favro is a fast-growing Swedish software start-up. The Favro platform brings business agility to venture backed startups, game studios and progressive enterprises around the world. Favro has been named “Cool Vendor” by Gartner and already has 2000+ clients.. Clients include such as SAP, PwC, Disney, Take-Two, Xbox,Unity Technologies, Einride, Volvo Car Mobility, Polestar, Wolt, Resolution Games, and That Game Company. 

The founders of Favro are serial deep-tech entrepreneurs and have been thought-leaders in the agile community for almost two decades. The company launched in 2016 and our lead investor is top-tier venture capital firm Creandum.

We have offices and teams based out of Uppsala, Da Nang, Kyiv and Vilnius. We are a distributed-first team, embrace remote work and digital nomadism. We don’t do offsites, we do onsites. In other words, you are welcome to live wherever you want as long as you are able to jump on a plane or train and come in to meet face to face once a while. Some of the members of our team are employed and some are contractors. All are full members of our team.

As the Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Manage a large volume of daily inbound and outbound leads - connecting via phone, email and LinkedIn and qualifying them.
  • Engage with our Sales and Marketing executives to design, research and execute outbound vertical and/or geographical markets campaigns to grow the sales pipeline in a dedicated territory.
  • Work with our Sales Executives to prospect and close large enterprise deals 
  • Educate and nurture early-phase prospects for potential future opportunities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Favro and its value proposition and an understanding of the collaborative planning ecosystem.
  • Analyze and report on your weekly activities to identify potential optimizations

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Passion for technology and learning new software
  • Previous Sales or Account management experience
  • You are very service minded with a positive and energetic mindset where you always strive to exceed the expectations of the clients
  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem solving
