You will help teams design and adopt workflows that make complex project management work feel effortless. Through tutorials, live sessions, and solution design, you’ll show exceptional leaders how to save valuable time with Favro & planner8.ai.
You’ll be an essential part as the first hire of an experienced team with brilliant minds, and a proven track record of building beloved SaaS products.
The team of founders have over the last 20 years built several companies including Favro (enterprise agile planning and collaboration) and Hansoft (application lifecycle management, acquired by Perforce/Summit Partners).
Products that have been used at scale by startups and enterprises worldwide including Ericsson, Wolt, Geoguessr, Riot Games, European Space Agency, Bonnier News, Shurooq, Zynga, Unity, SAP, Telenor, Supercell, Dolby, Tencent, Disney, Microsoft Xbox, Capcom, Tobii Dynavox, Saab Aerospace & Defence.
Content creation: Develop engaging product education material (tutorials, walkthroughs, and webinars) that make the Favro and planner8.ai platforms easier to adopt and impossible to ignore.
Customer engagement: Guide exceptional teams from first contact to product mastery, showing them how to save 90% of the busywork and get time back for what matters. Spending time with the people in their teams.
Solution design: Plan, design, and maintain reusable solution templates/prompts within Favro and planner8.ai that map common workflows into modular, scalable setups.
Collect and compile customer feedback: Collect, manage and synthesize customer feedback from Canny, support channels and community touchpoints, and relay actionable insights to growth and product teams.
Product expert: Serve as the internal product expert by documenting workflows and best practices to upskill employees and empower customers.
Strong communication skills: You have a clear presence and confidence on camera, in writing, and in live sessions.
Empathy and storytelling ability: You can translate technical workflows into human stories that stick. You can practice deep listening and adapt your communication to specific target audiences.
Digital fluency & tech saviness: You are someone who learns new tools, workflows and software incredibly fast. You have a keen interest in being first with the latest in technology and AI-tooling.
Creative problem solving: You possess the mix of systems thinking and creative curiosity; you see patterns and probe for root causes, to find the best applicable solution to the core problem.
Bonus: Existing experience in customer engagement, youtube/twitch streaming, or solution engineering for SaaS or creative industries.
We are remote-first, but meet often. We work hard because we are driven and passionate, but we don’t subscribe to trending startup macho cultures of “9-9-6” (working from 9am to 9pm, 6 days per week).
