In this episode, we invited Christina Seelye to join us and share her views on changing teams' mindsets towards work and how to approach it with a "gamer's lens." Christina stands behind the idea that getting a task done can be viewed as accomplishing a quest, clearing a level, or even adding to a skill tray. "You already have a lot of skills to be successful at work because you've already utilized them within games," Christina says.
