Niko LaTorre first joined the games industry in marketing and later transitioned into production. She talks about transforming her team from the waterfall methodology to agile. She noticed a lot of pain involved in forcing new methods onto the employees without understanding if it fits their workflow. “Any change that you inject onto a team is going to be difficult to stomach,” says Niko, and talks about how you should prepare for the changes to make them as easy as possible.
